- ✓½ cup pizza sauce
- ✓1½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ✓½ cup bell peppers, sliced
- ✓¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ✓¼ cup sweet corn kernels
- ✓¼ cup black olives, sliced
- ✓1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ✓½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- ✓1 tablespoon olive oil
- ✓1 cup fresh mixed microgreens (Radish, Broccoli, Basil, Sunflower, or Purple Kale)
- ✓Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- ✓Salt to taste

👨🍳 Preparation Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- 2Place the pizza base on a baking tray or pizza stone.
- 3Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the base.
- 4Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- 5Arrange the bell peppers, onions, sweet corn, and black olives evenly.
- 6Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- 7Sprinkle oregano and chili flakes over the pizza.
